Dina 4 and A3 prints are shipped flat in a clear protective sleeve in a sturdy cardboard postal envelope. The picture is additionally reinforced by 2 pieces of cardboard, so that nothing can bend. Postcards and stickers are sent in a kraft envelope. Buttons and magnets are packed in a bubble envelope. Small items such as notepads are sent in a small mailing bag. Bags and many small items come to you in a large maxi letter box. Mugs are shipped separately in an extra mug box.

Letters are sent with German Post and come to you without a tracking number. Warenpost and parcels from DHL are sent with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as the goods have been shipped. With this you can easily track your delivery.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
